Recharge midweek with our Zumba – AlaStress session! This event is open to all employees and library users who want to release stress through a fun and dynamic dance workout. Led in a friendly and relaxed setting, the session combines music, rhythm, and movement to energize participants and improve mood. It’s the perfect opportunity to step away from work or studies, engage in light cardio, and enjoy a sense of community with fellow attendees.
